Ondjaba Gravino Cask Finish
The whiskey matured partly in Gravino barrels from the Erongo Mountain Winery. Gravino is a Namibian liqueur wine made similar to Port wine. The Gravino barrels contribute delightful notes of forest berries, sweet cherries, and subtle almonds. The barrel aging also influences the smoke, resulting in sweet-spicy notes and a very complex smoking experience.
